Kraft Mac & Cheese... Still Good When You're 23

So this is a really simple recipe that I have been eating since I was a little kid and I still love it.  Fried Chicken and Kraft Mac & Cheese!  Makes me feel like I have a little piece of home here since fried chicken is so popular in the south!

For this recipe you just kinda have to go with the flow.  I really just make things up off the top of my head a lot.

Ingredients
Flour
Bisquick
Chicken
Salt & Pepper
Eggs
Oil
Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Directions
This all really depends on how much chicken you make... I normally do 2 large breasts since it is just Melissa and I so you can change according to that.
In a small bowl mix together 3/4 cup of flour, 3/4 cup of bisquick and salt and pepper to taste.  If you like things spicy this is where you add a dash of cayenne pepper.  Melissa has made my desire for spicy things grow so I added some this last time and it definitely added a nice kick.

Beat 1 egg in a bowl and dip the chicken into the bowl.  After this put the chicken in the flour mixture and make sure it is coated on all sides.

In a frying pan heat up the oil (medium heat) before you add the chicken. I don't use olive oil when frying my chicken because I think it gives it a different taste.  Sunflower oil is very popular here in Spain so that is what I use and I think it turns out very nice.  I cook the chicken until it is a golden brown on both sides.

Kraft Mac & Cheese you follow according to the box.  Simple and quick!

In case you are wondering that dark stuff is barbecue sauce in Spain (looks a lot darker than it does in the States)
